Why are Muslims keen on teaching the Holy Quran to their kids ?
The Holy Quran is the core and essence of the religion of Islam. So the Holy Quran is a Muslim’s flesh and blood. All Muslims, old and young, cling to the book of Allah. The more a Muslim kid is well versed in the Holy Quran, the nearer they are to their Lord. Meanwhile, a kid is their parents’ gem and jewel. So the best way to bring up a kid well is to teach that kid the Holy Quran. It repays a parent when they teach their kids the Holy Quran. In this life, kids grow up to be good Muslims. In the other life, kids will admit their parents into paradise.
