Al-Noon Al-Sakinah al-izhar (clarity)

Introduction:

The meaning of the word (Izhaar):

Basically, the word Izhaar (clarity) means to make clear or clarify in arabic. Practically, in tajweed, Izhaar (clarity) means to pronounce a certain (letter) sound clearly. we pronounce al-noon al-sakinas with izhaar (clarity). initially, the phonetic rules states that when the /  ن  / is followed by one of the following (letters) sounds: /  ء  /, /  ح  /, / ع  /, / ه  /, /  غ / and /  خ /,  therefore, it is pronounced with izhar (clarity) clearly as a clear /  ن /, / N / sound.
