Bearing in mind a kidās needs, Book two teaches a Muslim junior, who learns Arabic and Quran online, the ease and tolerance of Islam. A kid, who does online Arabic and Quran courses, learns the significance of (salah) prayer in Islam. Book Two goes step by step with the Muslim kid teaching them the very details of prayer (salah) .
Ā Ā From the very beginning, a Muslim kid knows that the whole earth is a Muslimās mosque. This means that a Muslim (kid) can pray everywhere. However, such a place to pray needs to be pure. Also, a Muslim kid learns that prayer is a priority for a Muslim in all their circumstances. Also a Muslim can do their prayer standing, sitting or even lying down according to their health state. This shows a Muslim kid how Islam is a merciful religion. Prayer, a Muslim kid should know, is a source of comfort for a Muslim. Prayer gives a Muslim (kid) a feeling of satisfaction and comfort. Book Two recommends that aĀ kidās parents to train their kids how to make prayer a part of their daily routine.
Ā Ā Ā Although Allah accountsĀ a MuslimĀ for their deeds from the age of puberty, Islam recommends a kidās parents to train their children to do prayer daily. This is a kind of upbringing. Also, this shows that Islam cares for a human along the different stages they go through throughout their lives. Simple as it is, Book Two teaches a Muslim kid that they should be proud of their religion, Islam. The book teaches a kid that forĀ AllahĀ to acceptĀ their good deeds, they must be Muslims in the first place.
Ā Ā Ā Muslim scholars set specific conditions for prayer to be accepted. First, the age of puberty is the time when a Muslim starts to be accounted for their good and bad deeds. So the first condition of the acceptance of prayer is to reach the age of puberty. Second, the person performing the prayer must be a Muslim in the first place. Naturally, the Muslim performing the prayer should be sensible, reasonable and sane. Fourth, the time of prayer should be observed and maintained. Each prayer has its specific time in the day. Fifth, Salah is an intentional act, so a Muslim should make their intention to do their prayer. Notable enough, it is not necessary for a Muslim to express their intention aloud. Sixth, the awrah parts should be conveniently covered. Prayer is a meeting between a Muslim and Allah. so, it is polite to dress well in such a meeting. Seventh, one of the etiquettes of having a meeting with Allah, a Muslim should be pure in body and garment. Finally, to announce the start of prayer, a Muslim must say (Takbiratul Ihram), i.e.to say Allah Akbar.
Ā Ā Ā The Ebadat Book Two proceeds on to tackle the acts of the accepted prayer. This is very useful to kids. The book teaches the Muslim kids the accurate steps of the accepted prayer. A Muslim kid learns that such acts are called the pillars of Salah. So, a Muslim kid learns that there are pillars of Salah as well as obligatory acts (Sunan) of Salah. A Muslim kid also knows that there are seven body parts which touch the ground during Sujood. These seven body parts are: the face (nose and forehead), the hands, the knees and the toes.
