Introduction

All the letters and sounds other than “/ b /”, / ب / and “/ m /” / م / are letters of Izhar Shafawi if one of them follows the Sakin Meem. / m /, / م / . In this case, the / m /, / م / is pronounced clearly.
The way of pronunciation:
If the meem sakinah is followed by any letters other than / b /, / ب / or / m /, / م /, the letter, (sound) / m / م / is pronounced clearly. Practically, this happens by making a complete contact of the two lips. Scholars called this Izhaar Shafawi.

لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ – لَهُمْ عَذَابَ – بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ – سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ – بِذَنۢبِهِمْ
فَسُحْقًۭا – أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ – أَنتُمْ إِلَّا – قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ – عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًۭا ۖ
