Sheikh Mohamed Refaat (born in Cairo on May 9, 1882 – May 9, 1950)

He would even check on his mare every day and recommend feeding him.
He narrates that he visited a friend of his before his death, and his friend said to him,
“Who will take care of my girl after my death?” The Sheikh was, affected by this,
and on the next day the Sheikh was reading the Quran from Surat Al-Duha and when
he arrived at (As for the orphan, do not be, conquered) he remembered the girl and wept bitterly,
then allocated a sum of money to the girl until she got married.
He was an ascetic, Sufi inclination, a Naqshbandi tariqa, who tended
to poor simple people more than mixing with the rich.
He revived an appropriate day for his poor neighbor, preferring her to
go to commemorate the anniversary of the death of King Fouad, father of King Farouk.
And he was crying and his tears wet his cheeks during his recitation
until he collapsed once while he was in prayer when he was leading the
worshipers reciting a verse that contained a situation of the torment of the Hereafter.
He was a rabbinic, devoid of himself, conversing with God, invoking Him.
Sheikh Abul- Enein Shuaisha is, considered one of the most affected by the recitation
of Sheikh Muhammad Refaat, and his voice is very similar to him,
so that the Egyptian radio used him to compensate for the interruptions in the recordings.
Sheikh Muhammad Rashad Al-Sharif, the reciter of Al-Aqsa Mosque,
is also one of those influenced by the reading of Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat. In 1943,
Sheikh Muhammad Rifaat listened to Muhammad Rashad al-Sharif, and he said about him,
Zakaria Pasha Mahran, one of the notables of the Qusiya Center in Assiut and a member
of the Egyptian Senate, who is, credited with preserving the heritage of Sheikh Rifaat,
which we hear now, and he loved Sheikh Rifaat without meeting him,

but the sheikh died before he could receive it.
The family of Zakaria Pasha donated the records to be, published, and the heirs
of Sheikh Muhammad Refaat obtained them after the death
of Zakaria Pasha Mahran from his wife
“Zainab Hanim Mubarak.” Without these recordings,
