Welcome to Eaalim
First, we ask Allah to accept our deeds and yours, as He is the only disposer of all affairs.
Accordingly, we begin this course with you and kindly request that you apply and keep in mind these rules and policies when dealing with the company, in order to save your time and achieve the best results.
Here are some of Eaalim Company’s policies
- Policy 01
Class Times
At the beginning, you have the right to choose the times that suit you and your family. However, if you wish to change or modify these times later, you must contact Eaalim to coordinate with the teacher according to his schedule with Eaalim Company.
- Policy 02
Missing a Session
If there is a circumstance that prevents you from attending a session, you must inform the company at least two hours before the scheduled time. If you do not contact the company, you will not have the right to request a make-up session.
- Policy 03
Cancelling Sessions
The student has the right to cancel only two sessions during the course. The company will then arrange with the teacher to reschedule these two sessions, or they can be added at the end of the course following the same previous schedule.
- Policy 04
Connection Problems
If the connection is cut during the session, the student has the right to request the company to repeat the lecture again according to the teacher’s available time.
- Policy 05
Attendance Discount
If the student attends all their sessions for three consecutive months without canceling any, they will be granted a 25% discount on the next invoice.
- Policy 06
Referral Reward
In case the student recommends new students to join Eaalim, they will be given a special offer as a reward for their recommendation.
- Policy 07
Payment & Renewal
The invoice must be paid in advance, and the course will not be renewed unless the payment for the previous course has been completed.
- Policy 08
Learning Environment
To ensure an appropriate learning environment and maintain privacy, students are kindly requested to choose a quiet place for the session and sit in front of a wall or a suitable barrier (especially with female teachers).
